๐Ÿ“Šโฑ๏ธ Day Trading - FX & Gold

Yesterday's Day Trading Alerts (Dec 12th)

We've compiled yesterday's alerts for Fx and Gold, derived from our core day trading strategy.

โœจ No Trades

(Transparency is our standard: All trades were fully documented and distributed via real-time alerts in our private WhatsApp group yesterday.)

If you wish to review the formula behind these signals, the short course is available here: [Click Here].

๐Ÿš€ Options & Futures Trades

This portfolio is our most profitable and favored due to its inherent advantage: the ability to structure high-probability trades that consistently put the odds in our favor. Our year-to-date Return on Investment (ROI) is exceptional, driven by a sustained 93% success rate using our proprietary short put strategy on SPY. This is a critical area where seeking additional knowledge is highly recommended.

Current Option Trades:

Nil. We will notify you via whats app when we open our next trade. The selloff yesterday is great news and we are hoping that volatility picks up in order for us to sell more option premium.

Closed Option Trades:

๐Ÿ“ˆ Long-Term Stock Investment Strategy

These positions are based on fundamentally sound companies that represent compelling long-term buying opportunities. We are committed to a patient, buy-and-hold approach, willing to maintain these stocks for multiple years or until the target price is achieved. This strategy is ideal for less active investors with a long time horizon.

We've already closed out three positions:

  1. Entain + 59%

  2. Vestas Wind Systems +30%

  3. Coterra Energy +21%

๐Ÿ“ˆ Short Term Stock Trade Strategy

These companies are fundamentally sound and their recent stock sell-offs represent a buying opportunity. While we aim for quick, short-term exits, we are comfortable holding these positions for the longer term if they trade lower.

We will refrain from adding any new short-term stock trades until we have exited at least two of the current positions. Our commitment is to maintain all existing trades until their short-term target prices are achieved.

๐Ÿ“… Market Review for Friday, December 12, 2025

Friday, December 12, 2025, closed the week on a strong risk-off note. US equities declined broadly, driven by heavy selling in the technology sector as concerns over the sustainability and profitability of massive AI investment intensified.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Equities (Stocks)

US indices closed solidly lower, breaking the record-setting streak for the Dow and S&P 500:

  • The S&P 500 declined significantly by -1.07%, closing at $6,827.41, retreating from its fresh record high set on Thursday.

  • The Nasdaq Composite fell by a notable -0.26% (though it was down much more heavily intra-day), as tech stocks continued their slump.

  • The Dow Jones Industrial Average also pulled back from its record high, falling as the rotation out of cyclical names began to reverse.

The key market mover was Broadcom (AVGO), which plunged over -11% despite beating earnings and revenue estimates. The sell-off was triggered by analyst skepticism regarding the company's future AI revenue forecasts and comments from its CFO about a potential sequential gross margin decline as AI revenue becomes a larger part of the mix. This reinforced investor fearsโ€”initially sparked by Oracle's earningsโ€”that the AI ecosystem is becoming less profitable for both the buyers and the sellers of chips. Other AI-linked stocks, including Nvidia (NVDA -3.3%) and Oracle (ORCL -4.5%), extended their losses.

๐Ÿช™ Crypto

The digital asset market saw minor consolidation, holding firm despite the sharp sell-off in the technology sector.

  • Bitcoin (BTC) showed resilience, trading slightly higher around $92,585 at the close of US markets. The crypto market appears to be somewhat decoupling from the negative short-term tech sentiment, continuing to be supported by the overall optimism around global liquidity following the Fed's rate cut.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Bonds

US Treasury yields continued their slight ascent for the fifth consecutive session.

  • The yield on the benchmark US 10-Year Treasury note rose marginally to 4.18%. The continued rise in yields (fall in bond prices) suggests that the bond market is quietly questioning the pace of future Fed rate cuts, despite Chair Powell's dovish language. This rising yield trend applied further pressure to growth stocks.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Commodities

Commodity markets were subdued:

  • WTI Crude Oil futures were essentially flat, trading near $57.64 per barrel.

  • Gold saw minor fluctuations, trading around $4,210 per ounce. The precious metal was caught between the supportive effect of the weakening US Dollar and the downward pressure from the rising US Treasury yields.

๐Ÿ’ฑ Foreign Exchange (FX)

The US Dollar Index (DXY) ended the day marginally higher, trading around 98.45.

  • The Dollar's marginal strength was supported by the rising US Treasury yields.

  • The Japanese Yen (JPY) showed strength against the Dollar, reflecting continued positioning ahead of potential policy changes from the Bank of Japan.
